Ingredients
- 1 cup Water
- ¼ lb. Brown Sugar (½ cup)
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- ¼ tsp. Celery Salt
- 3 tbsp. Vinegar
- ½ cup Ketchup
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ⅛ tsp. Pepper
- ¼ tsp. Onion Salt
Instructions
- Mix together and simmer 20 minutes.
- Partially bake meat and pour off any liquid.
- Pour sauce on meat last half hour or so.
- Bake in 325°F/163°C to 350°F/177°C oven.
Notes
I use country-style ribs. I usually make a double recipe, unless making a small amount of meat.
