Ingredients
- 1 package Broccoli (Frozen)
- 1 small Onion (Chopped)
- 1 stick Margarine
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Uncooked Rice (About 3 cups cooked)
- 1 cup Velveeta Cheese
- 1 can Water Chestnuts
Instructions
- Cook the Broccoli; add Onions last 5 minutes.
- Add Margarine to hot Broccoli to melt. (I cook broccoli and onions in microwave by directions on package.)
- Also, do the rice in microwave (directions on box).
- Add the Soup, cooked Rice, and Cheese; stir together.
- Bake in 350°F/177°C oven for half an hour.
