Ingredients
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- 2 Leeks (Chopped)
- 3 tbsp Butter
- ½ cup Cabbage (Chopped)
- ½ cup Carrots (Sliced)
- 2 cups Potatoes (Cubed)
- Parsley (Chopped)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chicken Stock
Instructions
- Saute Onions and Leeks in the Butter until transparent and golden brown.
- Add all the Vegetables except Potatoes and saute for a few minutes.
- Add Chicken Stock and bring to a boil and simmer for about 35 minutes.
- Add Potatoes and seasoning and let simmer until potatoes are done.
- Top with Parsley.
