Course Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Onion (Chopped)
  • 2 Leeks (Chopped)
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • ½ cup Cabbage (Chopped)
  • ½ cup Carrots (Sliced)
  • 2 cups Potatoes (Cubed)
  • Parsley (Chopped)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chicken Stock

Instructions
 

  • Saute Onions and Leeks in the Butter until transparent and golden brown.
  • Add all the Vegetables except Potatoes and saute for a few minutes.
  • Add Chicken Stock and bring to a boil and simmer for about 35 minutes.
  • Add Potatoes and seasoning and let simmer until potatoes are done.
  • Top with Parsley.
