Ingredients
- 2 10 oz. packages Frozen Broccoli (Chopped)
- 2 cups Minute Rice
- 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 jar Cheez Wiz (16 oz.)
- 1 tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Pepper
- ½ cup Celery (Chopped, Optional)
- 1 16 oz. can Water Chestnuts (Sliced, Drained)
- 2 small cans White Chicken Chunks in Water (Drained)
Instructions
- Place unopened packages of Broccoli on end in microwave oven.
- Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes, turning over after 2 minutes, then set aside.
- In 3 quart casserole or 9×13 glass baking dish, combine Rice, Soup, Milk, Cheese, Salt, and Pepper.
- Microwave on high for 2-4 minutes.
- To cheese mixture, add Celery, Water Chestnuts, Broccoli and Chicken; stir thoroughly.
- Microwave on high for 25 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
