Ingredients
- 2 bunches Broccoli (Washed, Trimmed, Chopped)
- 10 pieces Bacon (Cooked, Diced)
- ½ cup Onion (Chopped)
- ½ cup Raisins
- 2 tbsp. Peanuts (Chopped)
- 1 cup Cheese (Shredded)
Dressing
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
Instructions
- Combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad, stirring until well blended.
Notes
This salad can be made ahead and refrigerated up to 8 hours.
