Ingredients
- ½ Medium Head Red Cabbage (Chopped)
- 1 Head Green Cabbage (or Large Package Chopped Cole Slaw) (Chopped)
- 4 Green Onions (Chopped)
- Noodles from 1 Package Chicken Top Ramen (Uncooked, Crumbled)
- 2 tbsp. Sesame Seed
- ½ cup Slivered Almonds
Dressing
- 2 tbsp. Sugar
- 3 tbsp. Cider Vinegar Flavor Packet (From Top Ramen)
- ½ cup Light Oil (Preferably Olive Oil)
- Pepper (To taste)
- Garlic Powder (Optional)
Instructions
- Toast Sesame Seed and Almonds.
- Combine Red and Green Cabbages and Green Onions.
- Add crumbled Top Ramen Noodles, almond mixture and dressing to greens just before serving and toss to mix well.
Dressing
- Combine dressing ingredients and shake well.
- Chill until mixing with salad.
