Soften Yeast in warm water.
Combine the Milk, Butter, Sugar, and Salt.
Cool to lukewarm.
Add 1 cup of the Flour; Beat well.
Beat in the Yeast mixture and the Egg.
Add the remaining Flour and mix well.
Place in a greased bowl and let rise until double in bulk.
Punch down and roll out Dough.
Spread with soft Butter.
Sprinkle Brown Sugar and Cinnamon over Butter.
Add Nuts or Raisins if desired.
Roll up and cut in 1 or 2 inches.
Place Rolls into a greased pan and let rise until doubled.
Bake at 350℉ until brown for 25-30 minutes.
Spread with frosting while still hot.
