Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Water (Warm)
  • 1 Envelope Yeast
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg White

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve Sugar in warm Water.
  • Sprinkle with Yeast and let stand 10 minuets.
  • Stir in Olive Oil and a third of the Flour.
  • Beat well until smooth.
  • Add Salt and gradually stir in enough additional Flour.
  • Knead until smooth and elastic for 8-10 minutes.
  • Place in a greased bowl and let rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk (for about 1 hour.)
  • Punch down Dough, cover, and let rest for 10 minutes.
  • Form into Rolls and place on greased baking sheet.
  • Brush with Oil.
  • Cover and allow to rise until doubled in bulk (for about 1 hour.)
  • Brush tops of Rolls with Egg Whites.
  • Bake at 400℉ until well browned (about 15-20 minutes).
