Italian Buns

Ingredients
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 cup Water (Warm)
- 1 Envelope Yeast
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 cups Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg White
Instructions
- Dissolve Sugar in warm Water.
- Sprinkle with Yeast and let stand 10 minuets.
- Stir in Olive Oil and a third of the Flour.
- Beat well until smooth.
- Add Salt and gradually stir in enough additional Flour.
- Knead until smooth and elastic for 8-10 minutes.
- Place in a greased bowl and let rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk (for about 1 hour.)
- Punch down Dough, cover, and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Form into Rolls and place on greased baking sheet.
- Brush with Oil.
- Cover and allow to rise until doubled in bulk (for about 1 hour.)
- Brush tops of Rolls with Egg Whites.
- Bake at 400℉ until well browned (about 15-20 minutes).
